Premium and subscriptions
Premium is managed through Google Play. Use Google Play to manage, cancel or restore subscriptions.
Bite Map not loading
Check sign-in, Premium status, network connection, selected region, species and time window.
Location permissions
StrikeIQ can work with manual regions, but nearby forecasts and catch logs are better with location permission.
Logging a catch
Save species, time, place, notes and photos you choose to upload.
Account and data deletion
Use the account deletion page or email support from your account email address.
